Marcor was founded in 1997 and is a professional dry bulk terminal operator based in Rotterdam, handling all types of vessels carrying dry bulk commodities varying from agri bulk such as soy, corn, wheat; minerals such as magnesite, bauxite, ferro alloys, as well as biomass, salt, sugar, steel scrap and coals.
Marcor is unique in that it does not have a shore facility at its disposal. Using state of the art floating grab cranes and weighing towers, Marcor is able to offer its customers a fast and efficient transfer of commodities. |

The “Marcor Bulk” storage vessel has the capacity to store 28.000tons of cargo divided over 7 compartments and in addition has access to a constant supply of floating storage barges, allowing Marcor flexible storage capacity for up to 150.000tons of cargo at any one time for its customers. Marcor is able to handle vessels throughout the Port of Rotterdam, the majority of which are handled mid-stream in the Waalhaven or Botlek area.
As part of its global logistical group, Marcor is also able to offer its customers other logistic related services ranging from barging, trucking, railing as well as coastering. Marcor is a young, dynamic company holding several certifications and accreditations and as part of its long term vision, supports long term sustainability programs.
